Info

As Communications Producer, pioneering this multi-campus framework began with producing the initial Melbourne pilot video end-to-end. Following its strategic success, the project scaled nationally. Leadership extended across Sydney and Brisbane, directing remote and in-person teams of camera operators and editors while collaborating cross-functionally with the broader marketing department.

The core mission was ensuring each video captured a highly localised, authentic "sense of place," allowing the content to respond to students in their own words. The execution blended a dynamic, three-camera conversational format with cinematic B-roll and documentary script formatting. This combination seamlessly balanced corporate USPs with genuine human warmth, transforming physical infrastructure into a high-retention student recruitment engine.
